2. Full payment for all products for all members in the party is required at the time of booking regardless of the product arrangements being confirmed. In the event that the Company is unable to obtain confirmation and no alternatives can be offered, refunds will be issued. Any credit/debit card used for bookings must be in the name of the person who makes the booking. All credit/debit cards details provided would be checked with the card issuing company and only those bookings with matching name and billing address will be proceeded. If travel arrangements are being paid for by a third party, i.e. someone else's credit/debit card, written authorizations must be provided by the card holder before bookings can proceed further. In cases where travel documents cannot be collected from the company's London office, customers are strongly recommended tshat all documents to be sent to the billing address of the cardholder or the departure airport via Registered Post or Courier Services, at additional fees. Please note that according to mail order regulations, all documents will only be posted to the billing address of the credit/debit cardholder and not the address of the passenger (unless they are one and the same).
3. Notice of cancellation of any reservations must be made in writing by the person who made the booking and must comply with all relevant conditions and penalties applicable to the relevant product. Unless specified, standard cancellation charges are as follows:
i) More than 45 days before departure :£100
ii) 45-29 days before departure : 50 % of total costs
iii) 7-28 days before departure : 80% of total costs
iv) 6 days or less before departure: 100% of total costs
Please note that, not all tickets or travel arrangement are refundable, i.e. once booking is made, 100% none refundable regardless the date of travel. Cases like this are particularly common in special offers. Please ensure that you check carefully the conditions before buying your tickets or any other travel arrangements.
4. Any alterations by you will be treated as cancellation and rebooking and relevant charges will apply. Again, not all products are amendable (with or without penalties), please check before you place an order. In cases where alterations need to take place after relevant documents being issued, the original documents must be presented to the company office before any amendment can be made and new documents will only be issued provided payment of all relevant charges are made.
5. The company acts only in the capacity of booking agent for the passengers in all arrangements pertaining to travel whether by plane, rail or other means of conveyance, expressing conditions that they shall not be liable for any injury, death, accident, loss, damage or irregularity which may occasioned by neglect of default of any company or additional expenses due to delays or changes in flights, trains or other means of transport, strike, war sickness, weather, quarantine of other causes.
6. All fares, prices and other information displayed on our website are subject to availability. The company is not in the position to guarantee availability for each and every fare listed. It is not always possible to include all departure taxes on your ticket. In some cases, departure taxes must be paid locally and these are payable to the Government of the country concerned and are non-refundable.
7. All clients are themselves responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passport, applicable visa for all sectors of their journey. It is also your responsibility to comply any health or other requirements and take all necessary documents with you to gain access to any country or region to which you make travel arrangements. Refunds or endorsement cannot be claimed by clients who were rejected by local immigration for any reasons.
8. All departure/arrival times are provided by the airlines concerned and are estimates only. They may change due to reasons such as weather conditions, local air traffic restrictions, operation/maintenance requirements, etc. Some airlines do not require passengers to reconfirm their flights, however, customers are strongly advised you to do so (72 hours prior to departure), as the company is not liable for any changes, such as change of departure/arrival time previously given to you or shown on your ticket/itinerary. It is also your responsibility to check in on time. If customers are being delayed or have missed a flight (for whatever reasons), it will be at the sole discretion of the airline concerned as the Company is unable to make any special arrangements.
9. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. It is very important that you and every member in your party should consider taking out appropriate travel insurance for the whole journey.
10. We MAY NOT be able to issue published fares of all IATA carriers. If this is the case, we will contact you and offer alternatives. We will only proceed the booking further with you consent and instruction.
11. Unless specified otherwise, there will be a surcharge for for the following methods of payment :
i) VISA or MASTER card 2% of total transaction amount.
ii) American Express card 3% of total transaction amount,
iii) Switch/Solo or debit cards £ 1.50 per transaction.
